Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is known for his larger-than-life persona both in and out of the wrestling ring and on the big screen. Alongside his successful career, he has also developed a remarkable car collection that reflects his love for luxury and performance vehicles. Let's take a closer look at some of the standout cars in his collection.
1. Pagani Huayra
A hypercar with a 6.0-liter V12 engine producing 730 horsepower, known for its gull-wing doors and aerodynamic design.
Let's get to it. Hurry up I'm going to put the key. This is the khaki.
I'm going to put this on the seat for the moment. So you just do undo
this little buckle, and then this red toggle here Now, cheque out what's
in here This you won't see on any other pagani in the world this year is
a custom air You know, air man's right. It's like one of the most
luxurious labels in the world. Some of their bags, the Berkons, for
example, if you get a burken, you can be on a waiting list for years to
get one of those bags. About $12,000. This bag here costs $60,000. Just
this one bag in this bagani. Now, the reason why there is this bag in
here is because this is one of one for Ghani's edition. The owner is
money. Manny Koshman. And what he did is he teamed up with Pagani,
bought this car and then said, I don't want just like a Pagani
Hawaii.
I want to completely deck this car out in MS. You look how this, this
Lines like nothing else in the sunlight. It's chocolatey goodness. Here's
another 2MS banks in this little cover. And behind the driver's seat as
well, this whole interior is done by MS. You buy a Pagani Wyra. It costs
standard two and a half million dollars. Then you get extra, this extra
that from Pagani itself, which I'll show you in a second. But then to team
up with a whole other brand to deck out your car is almost impossible. So
money went down to his, like, local MS store legend. You know, you just go
down to the local mall, you walk in, you say, hey so I've just bought a
bagani. Can you guys like, you know, deck it out for me? And they're like,
sorry, we've never done that before. In order to convince them to do this,
he actually had to fly over the MS designers. He flew over three designers
to the factory This here is usually in, like, a kind of a mesh.
Now, on this one, you will notice here is an h for M is. So this is
totally, has been totally redesigned for money. And his special MS
edition. It's here on the front as well All of these little H's everywhere
So just to get your hands on one of these cars is super, super exclusive.
You need to have a personal relationship with Hiratiya Bagani, with the
maker and the owner of Bagani. So just to get your hands on 1 is crazy.
And then to be able to convince one of the largest, most luxurious brands
in the world, air mes, to work with you and create a 1 off is kind of out
of this world. Besides the whole emirs thing, which is incredible on its
own, this car has a tempesta package.
That's something that you can opt into when you buy a pagani wira. And
I'm going to show you what that includes, right here this front splitter
here The wheels are also bigger, so you've got a one inch bigger here on
the front and here on the back. You've got, instead of the standard 20
inch, you've got 21 inch tyres here on the back. You also get this cool
rear diffuser This one here This is the V12 twin turbo from amg It's a 6
litre V12 twin turbo, and it produces over 700 horsepower And then here
he's actually signed it himself Everything you look out here, all of this
leather is handmade in Paris at MS. And what they had to do was, for
example, here on the door, all of these latches, these latches from
Pagani, they had to send them to the factory in Paris so that they could
fit all of the leather around the body of the car, and then send it back
to the bagani factory so that everything could come together Just the
sheer scale of logistics in something like this is unbelievable. It even
has Paris on the gear lever. And here you have the official clock the
Ghani Wira.
If you've never seen a Pagani Key before, is the coolest thing ever. It
looks like the car. Some people would say, gimmicky. I would say pretty
cool, because why not? And then if you just take off the front of the car
that is what the key looks like, kind of like a little usb stick. And then
you swap that in here The car initially lights up, and we'll get money
over here, and then we'll turn around. How about that? This is like an air
maze bag on wheels. It cost an extra $800,000 just to get the extra em as
leather detailing in this car. Nonny, what's up? Man, I'm sorry. Sorry. I
know it. Thank you for having me. This is money, everyone
Money Koshman, my pleasure. I'm sure you know of him already. If you
don't, just cheque him out here. His handles on the screen. And this is
one of his beauties. How did you choose this colour? Cause this is like,
this is like chocolate fondue, like, like the fountain, where you shop the
marshmallows in liquid. Liquid chocolate, yeah. So this actually was
chosen by Air Mez. I wanted originally exposed carbon fibre, like my
other, my Bugatti I have a exposed carbon fibre. Yeah, with gold. And I
wanted this carbon fibre with orange. Yeah. So similar to that bag, you
know, compartment there. Yeah. But armesses, no, if you're gonna put their
name on it, we wanna call the colour. And we're known for brown,
originally, when 100 years ago, they start making leather for core saddle
and all kinds of stuff. It was that leather.

2. Ford F-150
A custom version of the classic American pickup truck with a powerful engine, lifted suspension, and rugged exterior.
So today you join me this evening as I meet up with Morrisville 4. Take a look at the 2019 Ford F-150. This is not going to be like a full on structured review video, but we're going to take a quick look at this 150 and then drive it to see what it has to offer. Now the biggest thing of this specific vehicle being the 2019 limited edition. This has the same engine that before the Raptor comes with the ecoboost 3 1/2 litre V6 more than 400 horsepower. This thing packs a punch just like the Rafter. However, this is, of course, limited, so it's geared more towards luxury rather than all the off road capability set. Of course, the raptor has. So we're just going to take a quick look at it on the outside. Really nice set of polish aluminium wheels, measuring 22 inches in diameter. And of course, we get the nice looking grill with the same positive aluminium look limited up along the hood, forward camera in the Ford logo You saw the LED headlights, and I'm sitting unlock button real quick. So they light up with really, really nice.
You can get the Amber section right in the centre, and then you get a little bit more trim along the side. And if you open up the door, the interior, it may be hard to see, but the weather on it is beautiful. We have nice, natural looking wood trim on it. Very nice looking leather, the same silver trim. We get limited lit up on the door sill, power adjusting seats, of course, two tone leather. Definitely looking really, really clean for this truck. Got some more limited badging on it It's getting a little bit dark today, so it might be hard to see the full extent to the colouring with all the weather. But this is definitely a really, really nice spec. And then real quick, just to take a look at the window sticker. This 1 is about $73,000 pretty much a fully loaded vehicle.
There aren't really too many options. We just have some towing packages, and the tailgate step. So we're gonna hop on inside as it is about 20 degrees outside. It is pretty much gonna snow tonight. But, yeah, now inside, this is such a nice truck So what do you guys think of the Ford F-150? This is like such a benchmark truck. It has so much to offer, so many different trim levels. Your raptor is definitely my favourite spec. But with this truck, you get the Raptor in it.
You get the performance of it, but you get the normal street driving
truck. So if you're not really looking to get the off road performance,
you can get the new limited, which has the same engine, same tends to be
automatic transmission. You don't get the paddle shifters, but this is
pretty much a wrapped underneath. But we have a really cool design here.
It's kind of hard to tell. Well, that's a really nice pattern along the
silver. It's not just like a metallic silver kind of has a aluminium
colour to it. Might be able to see it right there. But I think Ford is
really doing a great job making these interior special. There's a bunch of
different trim levels you can get.
All are unique, the wood and this aluminium colour really make a limited stand out. So just a quick look at the interior I love the stitching along the seats. Just a really, really nice design. But that is about it for just taking a look at the truck. I think it's about time we drive this thing and see how it drives. I've driven the Raptors before. Both Ekaboo's and the older V eights i've been in my friends tuned Raptor, which is pretty insane.

7. Plymouth Prowler
A unique retro-styled car with a design reminiscent of hot rods, offering a nostalgic driving experience.
Plymouth is a Chrysler owned company. And when they went with this core, they were trying to make it look like a futuristic present day hot rod. The front of it is based off of a model A and the back of it just look like any generic hot rod with more like futuristic touch. She got girthy tyres in the back though, and very thin ones in the front With the back of the Plymouth Prowler, they went very minimalistic. I don't see a single logo besides on the bumper right there. Also, these bumpers were pretty much virtually useless. They were just hollow plastic The engine in this car is from a Chrysler economy car. The suspension is from a Dodge Viper and the rack is from a Dodge Caravan. This entire core is just a bunch of parts that they put together to make this They come standard with a four speed automatic transmission. Because of that, it's not very popular with core enthusiast, because they want a manual the dashboard is very early. 2000s. When you look at the colour matching gauge, closer makes you think of the early 2000 Reagan beaters, where the colour matching panels the emblem on the stereo and the seats, is how it gets his name. It is a prowling lion This comes equipped with a 258 horsepower V6 engine. Like I said before, has a viper suspension.

8.Cadillac Escalade
A full-size luxury SUV known for its space, comfort, and advanced features, perfect for everyday use and family trips
Just five minutes. This car is also available for rent lease or buy at Platinum Group. All information and description below. Besides choose from they all come standard with this 38 inch curve and whole tainted screen, which is broken up into three different screens. And in order to make escalate that much more unique, Cadillac and start a wireless upright vertical charger and under the hood, we got a 6.2 litre VA producing 400 20 horsepower and 460 pound feet of torque giving you a zero to 60 in a very unimpressive 5.9 seconds in the gas mileage rating of 14 city 19 highway was just as about as bad as the zero 60 itself. But you do got a little hope. You got a little storage compartment for tours and different things like that. If you like working on your car by yourself, if you're into that kind of thing, just for a few giggles,
let's try a lunch in sport I mean, it feels like you playing
around. It don't even feel like you trying to go faster or be serious.
It just feels like a joke. Even at my height of 6 foot 10 I got an
abundant amount of headroom and legroom to match. And that also stands
true for the rare captain seats in the back with the driver seat setting
set for me. And lastly, the same can even be said for the 3rd row, which
is really impressive. But if you want to get real extracurricular, you
can go right over here to the middle, because there's an extra head cut
out right here. So I got a little bit more headspace and a ample amount
of leg room. And speaking of rare, we have these huge pillars known as
tail lights, mosquitoes that infamous Escalade looked that we all love
when you get a car to this practical and made with this kind of kind of
convenience Well,
you got to know you're not going to get that kind of speed
unless you got to be serious. And if you want to get real
extracurricular, Cadillac made the escalate all about convenience by
making a tour. You can slide these seats forward and backwards, and you
can get your gangster lean onto grab your media screen. We control your
wireless car play, your Andy Lightning, which isn't good, and your rare
climate control. And it's worth noting that this screen is very
responsive. It's simple use. And while we're here in the back seasons,
also mention that you have heated seats along with you control your rare
climate control, and you have your cup holders to match. And if you want
to get real extra curriculum, you got two usb charging ports along with
house inspired plug. If you press and hold this button once six fold
down completely. But if you press and hold it again, it does a whole
crumpler. Well, more like a headstand. And if that isn't convenient for
you, you can lower all the rare seats at one time from the trunk area.
That's impressive.
You got to admit that. And if you're super old school, and that
just doesn't impress you, because you price yourself on doing manual
labour all by yourself. Guess what? Cadillac thought about you too. And
then you can start a strap so you can do it all by yourself. Still not
enough storage space, you say, wait, Cadillac thought about you too.
They create this hidden compartment of storage right here, where you put
eggs, bread, fish and other things like that. The hard part would be
remembering that it's even in there, cause it's so well hidden with the
new Cadillac Escalades. You have two different options how to open and
close this tailgate. The 1st 1 is hitting the emblem and washing it open
for option number two. You click the key fob twice, and it opens all by
itself. And to close it, all you do is click it twice again. Now let's
say you want a little bit more convenience and a little bit more
practical, cause you don't want to open this huge tailgate every single
time. Well, Cadillac thought about you, and then you start a button
right above the licence plate that pops the rare windshield. So that way
you can grab your bag, close it and go.
Now, most manufacturers don't put that much thought into
their 3rd row, but Cadillac did with this aspect. You have your old
vent, your own cup holder, storage space, USBC Charger and leather
wrapped armrest. Just a smooth driver everyday commuter, and you're
comfortable while doing it, and you can haul a bunch of people in the
back, including kids, equipment, different things like that. So let's go
over a few of my personal pros and cons about the 2023 Cadillac
Escalade, the augmented reality, which is real modern, clean and crispy.
You have an ample amount of storage space in the armrest. Next up is
going to be how presidential the Cadillac Escalade looks. It looks like
Barack Obama is just about to hop a bottle there any point in time. And
lastly, the 360 degree cameras. Now, my cons are the 360 camera is not
good quality. Next up is gonna be the material quality of the gear
shifter. The push buns on the stair will the blinker along with the
window buttons. It just does not match the price tag. And last but not
least, the several doesn't extend all the way back to the 3rd row.

9. Ford GT
An American supercar with a mid-engine layout, known for its performance and aerodynamic design, often considered a modern classic.
What's up guys? It's a good up on the I'm here in one of my favourite ever hyper cars. Ohh my god. I wanna show you what makes this car so special. I've got my hands on this car thanks to exotic motors here in the UAE It's not the easiest car to get in and out of. Look up around the node is it has all of the plastic still on here in the steering wheel. Look at this beautiful Spec, Black on, black with all of this carbon fibre here, all on the door panel as well in that gorgeous. You can't go wrong with black on Black. OK, now, let me tell you why this is one of my favourite hyper cars and what makes you so special This is the brand new Ford GT What makes this car so incredibly unusual is that you have to apply to own one of these cars. Now, even if you had all of the money in the world, you still cannot just go and buy one of these cars. Ford Motors has to give you that allocation. So when it first came out in 2017 it costs around $500,000. And you want to purchase one from the second hand market, it would cost you about $1,000,000 or more. And this is a forge, you guys are ford. How crazy is that? I just have to say, this is one of my favourite looking hyper cars. I absolutely love it. Like, I love cars that make people think when they see these coming, they're like, what is that? And no one would ever really get a board unless you really know your cars, right? When you see a Lamborghini drive by, you're like, yeah, that's a Lamborghini. Ferrari, dry buy. Pretty much you're gonna guess it's a Ferrari. You can't really know unless you know your super cars. And that's what I really, really love about this. And just look at the design, you guys.
I have to show you the doors up straight away right here. That kind of clicks open, and then you pull up There you go. And over this massive sill, you slide. So that's quite wide. So that's not the easiest entrance. But who cares? It looks amazing. So whatever. I actually applied to buy one of these cars. They asked you what previous boards you owned, what you're racing history is, what your social media presence is and what your public profile is. I mean, they don't want to just give this card as someone and then have their image taint the Of the car, right? So they wanna make sure they're giving it to people who are gonna represent Ford in a very, very good manner. I actually got offered an allocation for this car when it was coming out, like the 2nd batch coming out. And back then, I couldn't afford it. I kind of bet on paying about 500,000 for it. And even that was like a stretch. I was like, I really, really want it. Can I put aside the money? But then when the 2nd batch came out, it was even more expensive. So I was like, oh, my heart was being ripped out. So I had to say no. I had to turn down an allocation It's super cool wing. So this wing actually comes out at high speeds, and there's not a button just to push it down again. What has to happen is you have to drive it slowly for a period of time, and then it will just come down on its own around the back here. This is just my favourite view of this car. You just send around here to me, and I think maybe I'm the only person that sees this. It looks like a dragon's nose. I don't know if that's just what it reminds me of, like these things, but these are the nostrils. And this is the nose going back here. I don't know if you see that, do you Absolutely love it.

11.McLaren P1
A hybrid supercar with advanced technology and design, known for its incredible speed and performance.
But here it is. Some fabulous design touches, for example, mclaren logo, that shape is mirrored across in the headlights Some very clever acupuno braking brakes, sort of quite reflective in appearance, which is very fun. A huge rear wing. I'm going to be more videos of this car, though, to show you all of that. Like the 12 seats built around a carbon tub, the roof scoops all part of that. So there are very few panels to the body. You've got the front clam, the rear clam and just a couples that are around the huge doors that open up and outwards This particular car is in Dubai. It's from Saudi Arabia All P ones are left hand drive The engine mounted solo that you don't get much of a view. Mclaren actually say that if you want to do anything to that, just give them a call Got the key here, like the 12C carbon very mechanical feel. So you unlock the car opening the doors.
You have buttons down here a little pop lifted up This particular car is satin titanium silver red leather and black alcantara inside Just take a jump on in Very careful. Obviously, with a car like this, it's fairly newly delivers to the owner. You can see on the dash you're greeted with picture P1 inside got a very similar iris system to the parent. 12C the active dynamics panel All bare carbon for weights at weight savings. I'm going to talk a lot more about the weight savings. For instance, these seats, no electric controls, all the carbon everywhere, not even using the glossy finish. There's going to be another video for that. So make sure you cheque that out. You're seated inside the carbon tab here I'm quite annoyed. Naturally, being in the driver's seat of a mclaren P1. So the key is completely keyless Start stop button It's an interesting start set process, because you get that sort of click into action. It's very mechanical Complete controls you expect here Very, very switch display. I'll talk a little bit more about that and the various controls you get on it. So make sure you're subscribed.
Obviously, to see all of these videos as soon as they're coming up. Fully mode, you can drive it in. We'll hopefully do something with that Wow And clicks off It's not the easiest car to get in and out of. See how sees it in a bucket seat It's quite spectacular Drop the doors down Just look at all the designs gone into this for air flow. And aerodynamics, all of this is modelled for whatever turned out to be the most efficient in the wind tunnels form following function. So I'm going to talk a little bit more about the various bits and Bob's that are involved in that turn. Some more tricks you didn't know about the mclaren P1 but it's quite a spectacularly special car. I'm sure you'll agree. Very privileged to be out here. So huge thanks to the owner for letting me make a couple of videos with it. Make sure you're subscribed to me 150. See more of this P1.

13.Hennessey VelociRaptor V8
A high-performance version of the Ford Raptor, modified by Hennessey Performance to include a powerful V8 engine.
We're really excited to talk to you about the velocity after 600.
This is the most popular package that we have on the Ford product line.
We start with an F-150 raptor, and we turn it into what we call the
velociraptor 600. And we're really excited to have you all part of the
team. So let's just dive right into the truck and talk about what makes
this raptor of a loss raptor 600 The first place I like to start is
always the wheels. So we have a hennessy exclusive 20 inch wheel. We
wrap that with a 35 inch off road tyre. On top of that, we also upgrade
the front braking system with the six piston brimbo brakes. So this is
going to provide you with a lot more stopping power. Also, the red
rainbow brake calliper popping through just looks really cool. Going
around to the front of the truck, we upgrade to our velociraptor after
600 bumper.
So this bumper is exclusive to Hennessy, provides higher clearance, more durability and a ramp push bar, which is going to help with any off road use. And one of the things that we do with the bumpers, we want to maintain as much of the factory components as possible So you'll see that the front bumper integrates the factory led lights. We also retain the factory tow hooks. We upgrade to a 20 inch led light bar, and we maintain the adaptive cruise control on the trucks. So that's something that's really important to us, is upgrading the vehicle without losing the creature comforts and the integrity of the factory truck. On top of the front bumper replacement, we have a matching rear bumper replacement to really tie the front and the back together. So a couple of the other upgrades that we do to the exterior of the velocrafter to make it look the way that it does is we do a 3 inch level kit in the front rear to give you the added height and clearance for the bigger wheel and tyre, and also give it the proper stance. And we also come in and we do power running boards for ease of getting in and out of the truck outside of the exterior modifications that we do to make the velociraptor 600 stand out from the crowd.
It's really about what we do underneath the hood that makes this truck really special. So the performance upgrades for the velociraptor 600 include an inter cooler intake exhaust and a hennessy exclusive tune. All those components together give the truck the necessary horsepower increase. Hennessy's known for performance were world renowned when it comes to making fast vehicles faster. And one of the things that we also do is we provide you with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on all of our products. All right, y'all, that wraps up the walk around on the velocrafter 600. You'll have any questions? Give me a call Came here for the horsepower

14. Aston Martin DB9
A grand tourer with a V12 engine, known for its luxurious design and refined performance.
So this is the new £132,000 Aston Martin DB9. It looks good. It feels good. And boy does it sound good So from the outside, the new DB9 is unquestionably a very beautiful looking car. But it's also kind of the next stage on from the Viraj, because Aston Martin have dropped the Viraj, and now this car takes on all very styling cues that used to be on the Viraj, which are the front grill, the big carbon splitter down at the front. You also get carbon ceramic brakes on this car as standard, which justifies the price slightly. Those side strikes and the seals, the way they gel nicely into the back, they're all keys from the Viraj, and they all make the new db 9 just look pretty damn sexy in the flesh. And at the back too, where you can see very clearly that they've added this little lip spoiler, which just looks great. It looks really sporting and very astonarted. But it also adds to the downforce a touch, which is good inside the new TV9. They've made all sorts of changes, some of which are more subtle than others. The big news is that you get adaptive damping thanks to this button down here. So you have three different programmes, normal sport and track. You also have a sport button, which crispens up the exhaust and makes the steering a little bit neat here. And the throttle response a bit more urgent.
That's a nice touch. And they've introduced a carbon fibre pack Endless numbers of options that you can have inside to spend more money on, but also spruce up your DB9 in the process, all of which, I have to say, are very, very nice touches indeed. This car feels $1,000,000 inside When the moves, the new DV9 has this lovely traditional gt feel. You can tell absolutely from everything it does, but it's rear wheel drive and front engine. The way it's balanced, the way the steering is just uncorrupted by anything else It's a lovely carter drive, actually. And it's also flipping quick. Power is now gone up to 510 BHP. So that's up there with where the DBS used to be a few years ago. And when you put your foot down, you really feel it. It does not hang about this official figures are not to 60 in 4.6 and 183. Top end, if anything, in the mid range in particular, it feels even quicker than that Master, they're quite **** with what they've done with the brakes on this car too, because their carbon ceramics. And the really good thing is that they've got the feel right across the speed range, particularly at low speed, absolutely spot on.
The feel through the pedal is just great. And yet, the power bearing in mind that this car weighs the thick end of 1.8 tonnes, the power of the brakes is immense But maybe the best thing about the way the db 9 drives is that you can do this sort of thing in it all day long So overall, 132 grand is the new DB9 worth that I think it is. I mean, for starters, they've rationalised the range a lot by dropping the virus so that you now get V8 DB9 and vanquish that make sense. But the great thing is, with the DV9 they really hit the sweet spot, cause what you're getting kind of cut And what is not to like about that

15. Bentley Continental GT
A luxury grand tourer combining elegance and performance, with a powerful engine and a plush interior.
This is the Bentley Continental GT. And it's basically unbelievable. I mean, literally, cheque this out. This is the most powerful production Bentley ever made. Yet it's more fuel efficient than Renault Clio. It's the most comfortable continental gt ever made. Yet it handles like a supercar. And it's a plug-in hybrid. Yet you never actually have to plug it in. They should have called it the Bentley contradiction. Gt, Yes, the 6 litre W12 twin turbo is dead. The Continental GT is a plug in hybrid now and you might be getting a bit nervous. Like wait a second. Aren't plug in hybrids for airport taxis. However, there's one very good reason we shouldn't worry. Well, 771 good reasons, actually. This thing has 771 horsepower. It makes the W12 speed look like an asthmatic pipe smoker Bentley has fitted the new Continental with what they call an ultra performance hybrid powertrain. And they've spent five years developing it from scratch. It combines a 4 litre V8 turbo engine and a 190 horsepower electric motor. Both driving all four wheels through an 8 speed dual clutch gearbox. Total torque is 1000 Newton metres, and it gets the car to 62 miles an hour in three .3 seconds and onto 208 mph.
The electric bits are good for up to 50 miles of zero emissions, driving on a single charge at speeds of up to 99 mph. And the battery is mounted behind the rear axle to give the car perfect 50 50 weight distribution So the result is performance that lays waste to any continental gt in history, like ever, including all the super sport stuff. And a car that is 100 horsepower more than the Aston Martin DB12. Yet it admits just 36 grammes per kilometre of CO2 making this one of the most efficient petrol cars on the market today at any price. That's bonkers But you might be looking at this and thinking, what's the difference? I can see why. It's very familiar. That's because design wise, it's basically a facelift, despite Bentley calling it a new generation car.
There's a new wheel design and the lower bumpers tweaked a bit, but it's mostly very familiar. Aside from these, where 2 have become 1 this is the first continental gt where they have single headlamps either side. The lights are now elliptical, rather than round. So it's gone from slightly shocked and surprised to suspicious and aggressive looking. But like everything in this Bentley, any Bentley for that matter, the detail is truly impressive. Look closely, and you'll see the deep crystal cut diamond effect in the light clusters. A pattern mirrored in the tail lights too. They're greyed out until you press the brakes when the tips of the diamond shapes are highlighted to create a molten lava effect inside. Well, there's not much to report, considering all the Bentley have done to change the drivetrain inside.
There's not so much. I mean, that's no bad thing, seeing as this is still one of the finest examples of 1 of the most luxury car cabins ever made. It's opulent, classy and fancy pants, literally, apparently Bentley say that their materials are inspired by high fashion. Mind you, they would say that, wouldn't they? They're not exactly gonna put on a primark pack, although they could. Now, seeing as the running costs are so low, the only major interior change to report is an option to decrome the dashboard. And some of the seat embroidery is a bit different. Oh, and the software is updated, including wireless smartphone mirroring, remote parking assist using the Bentley app and remote charging It comes as a convertible or a coupe from day one. But either way, you'll struggle with the rear seats, unless you're way below average size. Hey Ho, it was ever thus. So let's get out of here and talk more about something that definitely wasn't ever thus Yes, plug in hybrid.
Thing is, we already know that hybrids can be both fast and efficient. Sadly, we also know that hybrids can be about as much fun as an election debate. So will the absolute power of this continental corrupted? Absolutely? Or will it become the ultimate dual purpose car? The definitive Grand Tour has spent the claims. I have to say, it's looking promising. For example, the electric motor eliminates turbo lag and boosts low end torque. So throttle response should be sharper than it is even in the W12 speed. The E motor also fills in the torque gaps during gear changes, so you should get the smoothest shifts imaginable. But what happens when the battery dies? Bentley's solution to this is a charge mode that uses the engine to both drive the wheels and charge the battery when you're just meandering along.
So most of the time, basically all hybrids have a break based regenerative charging function This does too. But Bentley says it's charge mode means you'll never actually have to plug the car in, and it'll still function properly. Which means you'll have maximum power, which is a good thing, because Bentley are making bold claims about the continental gt's dynamic ability. They're calling this a daily supercar, which is not necessarily how you would have described the previous version, which was much more of AGT. How are they managing this? Aside from the outright speed and the 50 50 weight distribution its active all wheel drive system can send all the power to the rear, the all wheel steering setup is carried over from the GT speed. So this will be the sharpest to steer standard Continental GT ever.
The adaptable suspension is brand new, with very wide bandwidth and much quicker response times than before. In other words, it makes the car more comfortable, but also better at reducing body role in sport mode. And the torque factoring and electronic differential have been retuned to send power exactly where it's needed instantaneously across all 4 wheels. It all adds up to a car that should be better at both ends of the spectrum. It should be quicker and more evolving to drive at one end, and yet quieter, more comfortable and more efficient at the other. In theory, you could use this as a zero emissions car and pay basically nothing in fuel.
